They are preparing to begin production in early 2014 on the sequel to Blood Reunion, Blood Reunion 2: Madeline. “We have started the preliminary casting,” says DeVault, “and location scouting. Our location needs for this project are simpler, but very specific, so we expect it to take several months to find the right place.” According to the director, specific names are being seriously considered for some roles in the project, but “it’s still way too early to make any announcements,” though one definite part has been cast. DeVault will reprise his uncredited role in the original Blood Reunion as a vampire. “Coming fresh off production of Jebadiah's Axe and Blood Reunion,” producer Nicki Rauscher says, “I'm looking forward to producing Blood Reunion 2 with our dedicated crew and new as well as familiar faces in the cast.
