Fifteen years after an ordeal which forced Mann, as Ali Baba, to escape from the evil Mongol MacLeod, Mann returns with his thieves to Baghdad to lay claim to Lane and start a revolt against the Mongol oppressors. Puglia was in the original Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves and was called back for this film to help tie together the two films».
