On the following morning, he will have a very unpleasant surprise: in fact, he has not been spending the night with the widow but with his own wife! 2)The beautiful maid to such a point that he forgets about his worries and voluptuously tries to take her is consoling a Fisherman, full of grief for the recent death of his wife. However, at that very moment, his dying wife defeats his purpose by having a last recovery of consciousness. 3)Her husband constantly beats Olympia. After having shown her wounds to a priest, she is possessed by him only to remain in the monastery at the disposal of all the monks. She only returns back home when her husband finally implores her to come home and to forgive him. 4)Mino tries to discover his wife's love affair with Nasone and, therefore, one day he returns home all of a sudden. Na-sone takes away a statue and puts himself at its place, remai-ning immobile until finally, Mino goes to bed. Nasone then leaves the house unseen. 5)The innkeeper Gelzo manages to get rid of all his guests including the bridegroom, for he has in mind to seduce the young bride and succeeds in his purpose. 6)Sire di Verona: the horrible vengeance of a naive husband».
