Un giorno, per caso, intercetta un messaggio scritto da Fakzia, la figlia del Califfo, ed indirizzato a suo cugino Nurel-Din. La principessa, destinata al matrimonio con un uomo che non ama, sta progettando di fuggire dal palazzo reale e sposare Nurel-Din. Hajji, da sempre innamorato della principessa, decide di aspettarla e scortarla durante il suo pericoloso viaggio. I due però vengono catturati dalle donne guerriere turcomanne e, mentre Fakzia viene sottoposta al supplizio della corda, Hajji subisce le attenzioni della loro regina, Banah. Il barbiere cerca di approfittare della sua relativa libertà di manovra per liberare Fakzia ma viene scoperto, imprigionato e torturato. L'arrivo di Nurel-Din con il suo esercito è provvidenziale perché riesce a sconfigge l'esercito turcomanno e prendere prigioniere le guerriere. Nurel-Din non ama Fakzia ma, benché sia innamorato di un'altra ragazza, Ayesha, ha progettato di sposare la principessa per impadronirsi di Ispahan. Hajji Babà, abbandonato nel deserto, avverte il Califfo delle intenzioni di suo nipote e, durante la notte, con l'aiuto di Ayesha, libera le donne turcomanne per sorprendere i guerrieri di Nurel-Din. Il nipote del Califfo però non si arrende e Hajji Babà dovrà sfidarlo a duello».

All this holds true for The Adventure of Haji Baba, a racy, sex-soaked oasis of a film. John Derek stars as an Persian barber given a mission to escort the beautiful princess Fakzia across a desert to her wedding. Haji bets a friend that he will have succeeded in seducing her by the trip's end and the games begin. The two, elegant in their self-assurance, trade barbs and entendres until they're captured by robbers who are in turn captured by a group of renegade Amazons. The Amazons are all former harem girls who have taken to highway robbery and kidnapping to extract a measure of justice from the society that imprisoned them. Haji convinces the leader of the Amazons to let him live and she does as long as he can perform sexually. This buys him enough time to plan an escape with Fakzia and finally cross the desert.
